I’ve said many times that home isn’t a place, it’s a person but…….sometimes places hold special places in our hearts and minds. To return home to where I grew up and shoot a Wedding there was an absolute joy. I’d be fibbing if I didn’t say it was a tad emotional too. Port Sunlight evokes childhood memories aplenty, built by the visionary Lord Leverhulme. It was my stomping ground as a kid, and it is one of the most beautiful villages in the UK.

This is my family and I’m very lucky to have them, they posess humour, warmth and kindness by the bucket loads. Jack, our Groom, is named after our Grandad, as is my little monkey at home.

After a lovely ceremony at the Church I remember so well, our Wedding Party headed off to the historic Hulme Hall for a proper knees up. You may notice a plaque on the wall about a certain band from Liverpool….this dance floor took off, awesome music choices you two. Georgie-Ann you were breathtaking, and easy as pie to work with. Jack, you’re punching šŸ™‚

I cannot wait to head ‘home’ and bring you your box of goodies.

A stunning few days, take a look for yourself. It was a corker!
